Well after 4 phone calls to Sony customer service about my A10's cooling fan being very noisy I am getting a Refurb. replacement.No authorized service center is close enough to me to come look at tv.This really is not what I want.I bought a new tv & think my replacement should be new,not someone elses problem tv thats been fixed & boxed up.Seems like I am letting Sony off the hook way to easy.Should I call them back & request a new tv,refund or just shut up & take what they give me?Thanks
