How do 2 Rythmic f-15's compare to the PB13?

Honestly, that choice I would make based on content. For music I would rather have a pair of Rythmiks in stereo. For movies, I'd rather have the 13 Ultra handling the LFE grunt. Picking just one option for all would be tough. I'd like them all.

Because I own a PB13, I may have a natural bias but that would be my pick. And it also happens to do music very well.

If you go by Illka's tests, and if what Rythmik says is true about the 3-4dB more output of their 15" over their 12" sub, then two F15's co-located will get you into Ultra output territory....and extend deeper.


But don't worry about it...you already bought the Ultra. It is a great sub.

Ported subs have generally have higher output at the tune of the port...below that it rolls of quicker than the sealed sub.

I've ripped on enough newbs in my area of expertise so I know how annoying I am being... It has CONSUMED me for over a week now. Trust me I want to move on too ha. Just need to pick and enjoy before I go nuts (and my gf leaves me haha)

soon, i won't need to come here anymore

It's not about "needing" to come here...heck, I think all of us (you, Curtis, Mike, myself...) have more than enough subwoofer for any sane person. I think it's more of an addiction than anything

. I know I come on partly to see what new products are coming out, and partly to help out other people and learn myself. But a lot of it is simply force of habit. I need to get me some gum...or a patch...fast!!

Agreed. Even the VTF-3.3 was not a bad choice. I strongly believe it just was not implemented correctly.
