Hi everyone,

I've been busy reading and researching a few tvs, and I just would like a vote on which maybe the best choice. For the size, the Sharp is the better deal, but the features and extras are nicer on the other sets. Let me know your suggestions please:

Toshiba 47" $1350

Sharp LC5277U 52" $1300

LG 47LH50 $1350

Samsung LN46B650 $1500

Thanks for the reply.

The issue is that this is for my brother who needs a tv for tomorrow so he can get fiber installed for his HD channels. So he is willing to go for the "now" option in a store today.

I think its between the Sharp and the Toshiba. I think the Samsung is the best display, which is the highest.

So can you or anyone else chime in on which would be the second place options between Toshiba and Sharp?

It's been my experience that those who settle for "2nd best" will hate their decisions sooner rather than later. It's his money and his choice, but since you originally asked our opinion on the four TVs, I'd also have to say the Samsung is best by far of the ones you have listed.
