FIXED! Serious Showtime (www.sho.com) Schedule Malfunction

I just e-mailed Showtime about this, but thought I'd alert others here so they won't miss out...

nothing there either! Same thing with the vanilla SD page. But back on the HD page, click "This week" instead of "Today", and the mysterious gap gets filled with "Hard Promises", "Stateside", and "Wicker Park"! Three films that no-one will know are on.

This is an EXTREMELY serious problem. Many of your viewers, whom I communicate with daily on a national forum, are MISSING out on your HD programming. And they're not happy about it. People get upset when you run "Platoon" in OAR HD, and it appears NOWHERE on your HD pages and they find out AFTER they missed it. Same with the film "11:14".

Can you get this fixed ASAP? Thanks!

There's something seriously wrong with either their flags or their filters, but if you select "By Week" it at least appears at first glance to be somewhat better.

I dont know...I Just tape something I might like on SHO and if it's not in HD, then I delete it and tape the next occurance. Guess I am kinda simple like that...

thanks for the friendly reminder about sho.com. I was in a very big hurry, and am a bit surprised I didn't botch something worse.

HD Schedule page still completely off-line. 7 days now and counting.

Good news... finally! The HD Schedule page at Showtime's web site is back online, as of ~5pm, Thursday, May 18th.

Also, there are many films listed correctly now as HD, that either didn't show up at all, or were previously listed incorrectly as upconverts, including:

- "11:14",

- Bright Young Things, (even aired originally without the HD slate)

- Clambake,

- Dr. Goldfoot and the Bikini Machine,

- Final Encounter,

- Just Between Friends,

- Notting Hill,

- Platoon,

- Survival Island,

and possibly one other I missed.

Hopefully, they'll do a better job in the future at making sure their HD films are tagged properly.

Shows that start between 12:00am and 5:59am are still listed with the previous day's date, by the way. For example, Sho.com says May 21 5:45 AM for "Off The Map", which is actually the morning of May 22.

Quite a few sites that search feature doesn't work right on.....hint hint.
