I've just set up my new Gigabyte MA78GM-US2H motherboard, which has the 680G chipset and HD 3200 graphics, connecting it to my Sharp LC-42D64U 1080p LCD television. I'm seeing over an inch of black border around the edges of the image, so there seems to be an underscan issue.

I've looked for a solution in various forums, and it seems that the Catalyst Control Center is supposed to have a scaling option that can be disabled or set to zero to solve this problem. The issue I seem to have is that version 9.7 of CCC which I got from AMD's web site does not display a scaling option to modify. Does anyone know how to modify these settings in 9.7 (or if the 3200 gets a restricted CCC, how to get at the setting for it)?

Ah, thank you very much!

Does anyone know why ATI needs to implement scaling at all? I was previously using an nVidia 6150 on board graphics controller and it worked perfectly without scaling. My HD cable box is hooked up through HDMI, and it has no scaling options that I needed to play with either.
