I remuxed a Blu-Ray to MKV. Video remains unchanged (AVC1), HD soundtrack was decoded and reencoded as 5.1-channel FLAC.

When I try to play it in Zoom Player MAX (my player of choice) I get no sound. When I try to play it in MPC, it tells me the audio format is not supported. When I play it in VLC v1 sound plays, but since vlc doesn't have video acceleration my computer chokes on it (1080p).

When I render a graph of it in GraphEdit, I'm told that the soundtrack is an unsupported format.

MediaInfo confirms 6 channel FLAC.

Any suggestions? I'm missing something simple here...
