Don't know if this was posted(tried searching) and I didn't want it to get lost in the shuffle of the other Spidey thread. However, if this is going to be closed then so be it.

Anyway, found this over at IGN.com - Let the speculation begin.

Spidey 4 Lives!
But is a dead character not really dead?

by Stax

May 1, 2007 - With Spider-Man 3 opening in theaters stateside this Friday, fans want to know if this will be the last movie featuring their favorite neighborhood wallcrawler. Fear not, true believers: Spidey will indeed continue his big-screen adventures!

FoxNews.com columnist Roger Friedman attended the premiere of Spider-Man 3 at the Tribeca Film Festival in New York on April 30th. The film's entire cast and director Sam Raimi were reportedly present.

Friedman said Raimi advised him that there will be a Spidey 4, adding that it's "not clear which cast members will return, but as Raimi said, 'It's all about getting a script.'"

That script will have to be written by another scribe besides Alvin Sargent, who penned the last two films and is married to Spidey producer Laura Ziskin. "It's time for someone else to do it," Sargent informed Friedman.

(No word yet if David Koepp, who scripted the first Spider-Man movie, will be back for the fourth installment as earlier reports suggested.)

The big surprise in the FoxNews.com report is word that one character who appears to die in Spidey 3 might return for Spidey 4. "It turns out I may not be completely dead," the unnamed actor who plays the unspecified character revealed.

Thanks for ruining part of the movie for those of us who haven't seen it yet.

A SPOILER IN THE DAMN TITLE?

It's not even about a ******* Blu Ray disc.

Good thing this didn't get lost in a thread that people were probably avoiding to avoid spoilers. You are a genius.

Harry dies too.
Hmmm, they might not be talking about venom

Though members struck back pretty hard by your mistake in not labeling the thread with a spoiler alert (to begin with)...you are not doing yourself any favors (as a new member) by replying with a smart [email protected]# comeback. Be an adult and apologize for what one assumes is an honest mistake on your part and move on. If you had done so, you would have showed yourself to be above the fray and a class act....instead...

Do you think quoting a post you consider a spoiler is the best course of action?

For the record
Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show) Spoiler
Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show) Harry is buried so it seems unlikely he comes back.

Now that the title of the thread has "Spoiler Alert" to enter and not expect information of that nature lacks common sense.

I should add that the original thread did not have "spoiler alert" in the title...hence the comments from the first couple of members. My comments and use of the OP's quote came AFTER "spoiler alert" was added to the title.
In the comics... anyone can be brought back. Even the first Green Goblin lived after being run through. He came back 3 years later with an explaination that his super syrum allowed him to regenerate.

In fact, I wouldnt be surprised if... Spiderman had to face 2 green goblins to close the series(with its current stars and director).
