OK, our new system is now past the second step. We first chose SF Cremona M front and center channel speakers with Auditor Elipsa surrounds. Next, we purchased a Denon AVP-A1HDCI pre-pro. Amp choices are (2) Mac MC501's and (1) Mac MC303 or (3) Mac 501's and (1) Mac MC252 for just about the same money. Third choice is (1) Mac MC205, or (1) Mac MC207 to bi-amp the front speakers. We know there are plenty of other amps and pre-pros out there, but we think the Denon and Mac combo is a good choice. Any suggestions?

I don't believe the cremona's can be bi-amped, they only have a single pair of terminals on the back.

I would probably go with the 3 Mc501's and a 252 setup. I'm a sucker for the Mac amps and the more the better IMO!

have fun, huge sonus faber fan here, very jealous.
