DId they have more talks Thurs, I take it they went bad?


Any one know the facts?


Any one search for legal filings? THey should be public record.




Has anyone checked out the Legal action rumor?


A few days ago it was said that Dishnetwork threanten Direct with Legal action. This time they were even more clear, NO FOX HD on O&O not even the game.

I, and others, in O&O markets are getting the games. For those in O&O areas not getting it, it seems to be a coding error on D*s part, not the result of legal action.

- Tonight's game is on DirecTV for many viewers, just as the other LCS games have been.


- What is happening with eligibility of of DirecTV subscribers for FOX is almost identical to what happened when CBS HD and NBC HD were added to DirecTV. There is no conspiracy, it just takes some time for them to get everything in order.


- There is no public information regarding what is preventing DirecTV from putting FOX HD up full time. My sources say it's not Dish Network. Due to the fact both FOX HD E & W are up on the system, just not available to subscribers, I believe it will be available to subs relatively soon.
