When will FOX Phily put up their new antenna tower ?

I don't know, but the last few days their signal has been unstable on my HiPix. Strength will be near 80 then drop to 5 and back up after a few seconds. I tear my hair out wondering if its my antennea direction or a problem at the local affiliate. Doesn't seem to be weather related.


I'd like to know when WB17 will begin broadcast.

Hopefully, getting Comcast HD would solve the disadvantages of OTA.
