They should work just fine.
What do you have as surrounds? I enjoyed the sound my system made when I had the same surround and height speakers. Just me personally though. There is a pair of RC minis on eBay for pretty cheap. Then you could maintain some of the RC sound, although with heights not much is pushed through them, so the CB-5 should work just fine. Unless you have a ginormous room.
I have a question relating to front height speakers.

How would dipol speakers preform as front height speakers? (Paradigm ADP-100's. Studio 60s as Mains) What about placement for dipols?

I would suspect that sometime in the next decade we will see some soundtracks with discrete (or at least 'pseudo-discrete') front height content from disk, download, or game sources. While I am (currently) exploring bipole|dipole speakers for surround use, I expect to stay with 'all direct' front wall speakers during the foreseeable future.

I would stick to monopole speakers for heights. The sound information that is sent to them is more direct, and since the height information is what you WANT to hear directly where it's coming from. In the case of surrounds, dipole and bipole might be more attractive, but I'd say stick to monopole for heights.
There is a guy on here who is using bipole height speakers. He has a pic in the thread he answered. I was shocked he did it, but he likes it.
