Im having an issue with my front L/R speakers. The speakers are Paradigm Millenia 200 towers. If I put them exactly on each side of the TV (50" plasma) then they will be kinda close together (Im guess 45" apart or in that range) I'd like to move them farther apart but my only option would be to leave the left one on the side of the TV and move the right one over to the other side of the fireplace. That would put the right speaker abour 5 feet away from the right side of the TV.
So the left speaker would be right up against the TV while the right one would be about 5 or 6 feet away. Now I know normally this would be a no-no, but I have a Onkyo 606 that comes with the Audessy setup. Would the Audessy detect this and compensate for it in the setup? I'd love to leave it this way because it does sound much better for music listening. Just worried home theater may be hurt by it.
Thoughts?
