I'm curious if there is a frontend software (myHTPC, Xlobby) that supports displaying the menu on a VFD/LCD. The reason I ask is that when I am interested in just playing music through the front end it'd be nice to navigate using the VFD/LCD display w/o having to turn on my TV. Thanks.

i think you can do this with xlobby. I have meedio, and a touchscreen and it doesnt currently support this... with the housebot plugin it should be able to shortly.
