Nope, that's not a big savings from buying new (these are $227 shipped new from MiniDSP), but it is a savings and it works perfectly. Once you receive it, I will send an email to MiniDSP and they will make the software available. They are really good about that.
I'll even throw in an old apple remote; the white one. The MiniDSP can lean the remote (it's easy). You also get the original USB cable, the power adapter, the original box, and the MSP unit.
