Well, a little over a year ago I did the defung on my red and green SD-187 tubes in my ECP 3100. Over the last couple of weeks Ive noticed the fungus has returned. Last time I filtered and reused the colored fluids. I ordered a can of the fluid to have though.
This time I have them out and both are drained, cleaned and ready to be siliconed. My main question is what is the best way to tint the fluid? Do I need to tint the fluid? I have 24oz of new fluid on hand. I need a green one and red one tinted. I called the local tv repair shop and he says he only has clear fluid. Is there a tint film for the lens that is better and can be found locally?
