Just got a G70 the other day and when I have no input plugged into the projector, Error code 10 flashes twice, and when I plug in an RGBHV input to Input A, Error Code 10 (abnormal video signal) only flashes once. The picture displays fine, I was just wondering, does Error Code 10 always flash when powering up, or is it because I do not have an input connected to the Video Input or Input B, or should I be worried. Thanks in advance.

Don't worry about it. It's a bug in the "old" (1.03) firmware and was corrected in version 1.10 and later.

No problem. If you ever want to upgrade your firmware, contact me, I have the latest version (1.13).

Thanks. I was thinking of upgrading the firmware, but I heard you cannot modify the G2 settings if you do, so before I upgrade I wanted to make sure my G2 setting were at factory. Do you know how I can do this??

It doesn't actually affect picture quality. It corrects a number of bugs in the older firmware (like the one cited above), and it adds some new features like "video memory", which allows for the setup of 10 video memories for each input frequency. It also allows the manipulation of memories, which was absent from the earlier 1.03 firmware and a bunch of other things I can't remember right now.
