Hey ya,

Just moved, and I'm currently without a TV... however I do have my Sony GDM-FW900 PC Monitor. Tried hooking both my X-Box & PS2 to the Monitor via its built in BNC connector jacks (suing monster BNC to RCA adapters on the RGB BNC plugs), I get a "Out of scan range" error with the X-box, and I get a "No signal" on the ps2... now I know both of my consoles are fully functional and the cables have all been tested before, Is their some mysterious setting on the monitor I'm missing (it's set to use the BNC inputs.) ? Will it just not work this way? Is my monitor broken (never used the BNC inputs before) ? ...someone help me out here I'm suffering great boredom without my video game fix! =(

your monitor does not recognize the component input of the boxes.

you need a component to vga adapter. search the forums and you'll find lots of info about them. the good ones cost bout $300.
