Send the Gefen switcher back to Gefen and have the unit updated, seems like you have the old model with bad IR codes, not sure if it will cost you anything, but I got rid of mine with that issue a LONG time ago(when that switcher came out)

Gefen and Airboard IR conflict
Does anyone else have an IR conflict with the Airboard and the Gefen DVI switcher ?
When using the Airboard, the mouse joystick will cause the Gefen to jump from one DVI source to another. I'll then need to use the Gefen remote, and switch back to the appropriate DVI source. A serious PITA!
Anyone know of a fix for this?

I have the new one, I believe according to the website, still run into conflicts with my airboard, and my sound receiver. Even tried the 4 different codes, on the remote and switch.
