Watching.


Ideally I'd like 2 of the passive radiator concepts, and drive out bringing back my 2 S3000i.


Will we know if that project is a go before the other introductory pricing deal ends?


Meaning if the passive radiator project never comes to fruition, I would then probably swap to two of whatever you are calling the latest greatest S3600 and would hate to miss the deal while waiting.


Also would probably bring you the tweeters from my 210T and center channel if they are going to be able to backdate as well.

There's no set timeline for the PR sub. It's one of those "when I have time for it" things and frankly, there's no much of that going around at the moment. The first day I tried it in the office I was disappointed to be honest. But a few minutes of tweaking the signal processing each day has it sounding excellent now. BUT---priorities are...

* fulfilling back orders of all current products. We're back to 3-7 business days for any new order to ship. Not good.
* fulfilling all pre orders for the TV36ipal as soon as the woofers arrive(10-14 days ish).
* fulfilling all TV42 pre orders as soon as the woofers arrive AND I get the first production batch of cabinets. 30 days(ish).
* putting the final DSP tweaks on all the new sub combos and getting them outside for objective verification and website graphs.
* Approving the final samples for both new "value" subs.
* keeping up with all the logistics involved with air shipping pallets followed by a full container(sea) from Italy.
* Ditto the above with value line up from China.

Now, add in upgrade details for 5000+ products already in the field(see previous threads).

So , there's a LITTLE bit on my plate right now..

As much fun as it is to shop talk about new ideas priority always has to be current / past customers. Taking care of them. Then with whatever time may be left over...play with the new toys.

Hi all,

overdue update time.

* Spray booth is back online. Has been working fine for a few days now. After today we should be caught up with subwoofer orders up to about Sept 6th-7th. Not ideal, but not too bad given the last couple of weeks(losing power multiple time/multiple days long). Speaker orders are a little further behind as we've been getting swamped with new orders lately. I will update tonight.

* Two pallets of IPAL woofers were to have shipped yesterday from Italy but I haven't gotten the tracking confirmation yet. We're air shipping these in so it shouldn't take long. 4-7 business days. One full pallet of 18, one of 21.

* Final TV42 cabinet should be here in 1-2 days for engineering approvals. Once that passes maybe 3 weeks to get the first production run here(12-24 units).

* Pre orders for the new *12* series are strong. I'm not surprised though as the pre order pricing truly sets the standard for price/performance ratios in the industry. In my biased opinion there's nothing even close. ICE based amplifier with proprietary circuitry and DSP all assembled right here in Ohio, Some of the very best NEO woofers available anywhere, at any price, sourced from Italy( B&C), all cabinets made in Ohio, everything built, QC-ed, boxed, shipped, and supported from our locations in Ohio...

Good luck finding higher quality products at these price points.

Hi all,

Shipping update.This applies to all new subwoofer models except the TV42. 

We have just been notified that the container shipping from Italy will arrive around November 14th. This is 10-12 days later than we had been told previously from the shipper. Obviously this is disappointing but we will expedite all pre orders as soon as the new B&C woofers arrive.
We will have all cabinets finished with amplifiers programmed and installed. So once the woofers arrive we will be able to efficiently fulfill orders. And, of course, we will all be working seven days a week during this process.

I expect to have most/all pre orders for any subwoofer with a *12* suffix or a *ipal* suffix to be fulfilled by the end of November with shipments beginning right around November 14th-15th. 
The TV42 isn't affected by this as we have plenty of the 21 inch IPAL woofers on hand. We're waiting on the first shipment of cabinets. Those are due to arrive in the Nov 6th to 8th window.
