Not really. Fox just announced an August release this week.

I think Universal sold off International Rights to American Pie (the original at least) before its release. So this release may be from an Indie label.

While not announced, I do remember American Pie on a Universal list to be launched on HD DVD (in U.S.) last year, so I wouldn't be surprised it it comes to (U.S.) BD fairly soon.
