Bear this is so true. I grew up in the North where a foot of snow is not even worth talking about, then I moved South and the schools here close if there is snow in the forecast and as you said the stores get raided. However, this storm appears to be a real threat, I hope it decides to take it easy on us down here.Quote:

The south is not well equipped for snow. However, I found it funny that any time flurries were called for, which would inevitably melt the next day, the stores would be totally wiped out on toilet paper, milk, and spam. Becuase no one can live for a week or two with the food they have crammed into their cubpoards.
