Picked up a 1270Q Sony cheap, low hours and set it up over the weekend. I have always been a direct view guy but this thing is tuning up better than I thought. Just ordered a HI Power Da Lite. To be able to bring the Brt and Cnt down to get the beam down on the tubes (seems to bloom out with the menu display and some hot whites. The projector is low hours and the only thing hooked to it is a DVD. I bought a set of computer speakers (cheap from best buy) plugged the speakers into the DVD put them between my head and now I have my own personal home theater. I lay on the sofa next to the projector. Next after the screen install I will have to build a Hush box. I am getting into it
