Well I have about 4 to 8 days before my X1 demo arrives. I am so excited and hoping it arrives sooner then later.

I was wondering what cords come with the demo? Does it come with all the adapters?

Also this is to test if the projector will work in my room.

The wall to wall space is 10ft. So how big of an image will I be abe to get? I know some people go huge with projectors but if it can give me atleast a 60inch picture I will be happy.

Any advice from anyone who has used the demo or own a X1 will be greatfully accepted. :)

Thanks

Matt

I haven't done the demo myself but I'd guess you don't get any Component adapters, so you'll only be able to test Composite, S-Video and computer VGA input. If you want to test Component (YPbPr) input you'll have to get either the SP-VIDEO-ADPT for 480i or the SP-VESA-ADPT adapter for everything else.

I am in the middle of demoing the X1. It comes with composite and VGA cables, as well as an audio adapter and audio cable. I bought a long cheap S-video cable to demo that connection which unfortunately looked worse than the composite. No component to VGA or component to S-video adapters.

I just sent my demo back. I asked for the Component to S-video adapter and had it sent with my demo. It is a great projector for the price. I am now on the fence X1 or Z1?
