I had heard Tohsiba will replace certain DVD player models. My brother had a Toshiba DVD player that wouldn't turn on, and Tohsiba replaced it. It seems like they had a string of defective players.
However, I tried contacting them several times about replacing my Toshiba SD-3990SU, but never got a response. I know they will replace it, but I'm getting annoyed. You can't call them and talk to anyone. What Should I do? How do I get this replaced?
