Ghost image on screen, 2017 65 OLED LG TV

There is a faint greenish ghost image on the bottom right center of my screen with 2 lines of text that appears to be
ALERALERT with ALERT right under the other line. Seems to be on all channels and I am using AT&T U-Verse.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what could cause this and more important how to fix the condition?

Thanks and TV has latest SW of 05.80.35
