I know I was trying to find a way to use Talisman to make an interactive interface for my HTPC, but I just started playing around with an OSD plugin for Girder... anyone else use this?
It seems to be that, while less visually appealing (at least, in it's current form), it's smoothness factor blows away anything I could come up with using Talisman and mouse movements via Girder.
Is there a "skinnable" OSD plugin that uses bitmaps? It'd look a lot less like the "traditional" OSD's found in consumer electronics, but then again, that's the point.
