IIRC, you don't need to worry. The crossover bypasses itself once it senses the Aktiv filtered signal. Better research on your speaker though, just to make sure.

I took the plunge today and ordered a secodn Linn AV5125 5-channel amp so I can take the front of my system full aktiv.
I'm curious how difficult it is to get the passive x-overs out of my 5140 speakers?
Anyone on here done it?
