ok so im going to buy a vga cable seeing as how the spring update fixed its "Washed out" colors anyways the pc input on my tv has the 3.5mm headphone jack for audio in now this is just a quick question,does the vga cable come with an adapter to connect the rca cables to the 3.5 jack?

MS cables come with the jack. I think you'll like them. I went back to the cable after the update and love the results.

Yup, as mentioned, comes with the jack. If you buy another brands VGA cable, go to radio shack to buy the adapter. It's like 2 bucks.

alright thanks,so with the update the quality improved with vga over component?and will the adapter going from stereo sound to 3.5mm headphone jack sound the same?

Hows DVD playback through the VGA cable look now with the update?? I understand games look great but I would like to know how movies look as well.

Looks great. I got rid of my other DVD player and use my 360 only now.

I have been using it for movies but through component. I hadn't gone to VGA because the PQ was horrible for movies. Its good to know that it looks great now. I may consider buying the cable sometime soon. Thanks!

Please tell me exactly your thoughts and reviews. I have the same identical TV as you and was really on the fence on buying the VGA cable or not.
