I saw on Costco online there is a $20 rebate on the Pioneer 711, bringing it well under $200. That is good bang for the buck. JR

It is a cheap bang for the buck. If you have to go below $200, probably OK. There is a big difference between $200 receivers and $300 ones. If you like Pioneer, look at the 812. The Panasonic X45 is nicer. I have a Kenwood VR7070.
