I am not planning to buy the service manual. If you can share any info without getting yourself in trouble, I will appreciate it.


I am particularly interested in knowing the adjustment procedures for the convergence, color temperature, focus, and a description for each of the service menu items. Thx.

I didn't realize there could be any sort of trouble for sharing some of that information. I'ved asked the forum moderators to give me some advice on that topic. My hope is I can answer your questions without worries.

Actually I spoke to moderators who asked me not to post the service manual here. However after I buy it I'll keep with the spirit of the forum and I'll be glad to answer any questions about it, and people will be welcome to communicate in even greater detail privately. I'll keep you posted. And of course I should also mention that everyone is better off not even discussing the service menus on a tv set, however in the interest of exchanging information, free speech, blah blah, if you have to do it would rather you had the correct info, blah blah.
