One of the primary goofs visible when projection TVs first came out was that there were often multiple shadows from lighting - something you wouldn't notice on the average 17" set of the time.
What goofs have you seen on broadcast HD channels? Ones that the director and cinematographer would have ignored because the picture would be shown on a small screen. Aside from the breathing corpses, I'll start with a scene from Judging Amy where Tyne Daly was carrying office supplies with "CBS" clearly written on the bottom of a tape dispenser.
