Here is what I did.
Set VB50 to 640x480 and 60hz refresh.
Set AE100 to pc priority= normal.
Go to position menu.
'Auto setup' does not set it correctly, at least not on mine.
Hit the 'menu' button on the VB50, you will see slight fuzyness on some of the letters.(menu will only stay on for about 5 sec. so you have to keep hitting button)
First adjust 'Dot Clock' on AE100 until all the letters on the VB50 menu look perfect. (you have to look close!)
Then adjust 'h-pos.' and 'v-pos.' until you are not loosing any of the picture top, bottom, left or right.
'clock phase' should not make any difference once you have everything pixel perfect. Just leave at zero.
Here are my final settings for the AE100. May or may not work for you.
H-pos. +6
V-pos. +1
DotClock -6
Clockphase 0
If you have any light grey pixels around the white letters on the VB50 menu
you don't have it yet. This means the AE100 is scaling the image slightly and you don't have perfect 1:1 pixel transfer.
