Grainey horizontal stripes problem

Hi all


I have a Panasonic Widescreen CRT Tv (TX32PL-10)

The problem I am having is the mid area of the picture is showing grainey horizontal stripes and very noticable on dark and red pictures

Does anyone have any ideas what the problem is?
