Do anyone know if CBS Grammy's on Feb 11th will be broadcast in HD?

Yes the Grammys will be in HD/5.1 on CBS this year. They have been broadcast in HD since 2003.

Thanks! Great to know that Grammy will be broadcast in HD this year. I noticed that many other award shows had not always been broadcast in HD. HD is awesome

Most award shows arent broadcast in HD at the moment, but the Academy Awards (and preshow) and Grammys are generally always in HD 5.1. These shows are generally some of the best produced HD on the air all year son enjoy. You can expect the MTV award shows to be in HD as well. E! generally does the red carpet segments in HD as well.

The CMA Awards were in HD.

Last years Grammys were plagued with strobe lights and the resulting pixelization. Former years seemed to be better in this regard.
