Great Online Short Films

Hey folks,

Since we can embed videos from YouTube here, I was thinking we could build a thread of short films we've found online. Some will be over at Vimeo or other sites, and can't embed so we could just link over to those.

There are so many great short films. To get started, here is one I really like:

OK, totally different subject again. This one has been around for a bit, but thought some might still like to see this one...

It is called Sand Animation. This was an award winning presentation, where she told the story of Ukraine in her art. There have been many sand animation presentations, but hers is really amazing.

So one clip that lwright posted earlier, Carousel, was for the previous Philips campaign. They always do some cool work there.

For the newest campaign, they had filmmakers take the same lines of dialogue and make short films. They are called Parallel Lines. I'll come back later on and embed each of the individual shorts here, but if you want to jump to the main Philips site where you can find them, go here:

BTW, if you do watch them all, I'd suggest starting with Jun and the Hidden Skies, because you'll hear the dialogue in that style/genre first...
