Hi all.

This is my first post, although, I've made it a habit

to come here daily to check on the latest in video gear.

I started with a CRT front projector about 10 years ago....It was a Zenith projector..

I then went to a Sharp LCD...3700U... Almost 2 years ago, I bought a Sharp XV-ZW99U ...All in all I'm very happy with this projector viewing on a 10 foot screen..

I make most use of the Pic in pic features.. I think the only reason I would make a switch now is for HDTV, which this Sharp can't do.

Anyway, I've had one "annoyance: since day one...It never really bothered me , but I would like to find a solution if there is one..

It's a green "shade" on the right side of the screen..

I've seen it mentioned here on other projectors.

Can the Sharp be calibrated to eliminate this green shade?

Just in closing....When I first started with AV years ago

I used to watch the projector, not the movie...

When I get a HDTV projector, I will be selling this Sharp.

Therefore, i would like to get rid of the green shadowing for the next owner whenever that might be...he might buy this Sharp to watch the projector and not the movie http://www.avsforum.com/ubb/smile.gif )))

Thanks to all for the great info
