I have been enjoying my RCA F38010 with a cheap (DIVXX) DVD player for months now. The WAF (Wife Acceptance Factor)is high for DVD movies. Last week I switched to S-Video input from the DVD to TV. Last night my wife pointed out that the actors in The Tao of Steve had green teeth. WAF is dropping!

Is it:

1. The DVD (a rental)?

2. The S-video input ? (Back to composite)

3. TV needs tuning (After my experiences with "tuning" digital photographs I am very scared.)

I'd respectfully suggest that you re-ask this question in the DVD Hardware forum - where you'll likely get an answer along the lines of "It's not unusual for TV sets to have a bit of green push - get a copy of Avia (or Video Essentials) and follow the instructions to set up your TV."

You'll probably get more detail about why this is more visible with s-video on that forum as well.

...Apologies in advance to the off-topic gods...
