So, I'm having problems with ground loops.
I bought a new usb dac/amp and it has given me a headache ever since. I use it with my headphones and that's the problem - I get that hum noise from ground loops.
My headphones has a built in amp and runs on batteries. I plug those into my usb amp and it causes problems. It seems like there are no solutions (Atleast that I can find). Wouldn't a DI box with 3.5mm input and output help? It would break the ground and that's what's needed. I just can't find any with 3.5mm og 1/4. Anybody know of anyone who sells this? Also, it must be in Europe.
