H76 DVI issue

I've had this problem with this H76 for a while but don't want to send it in for repair cause the turn around time would be three weeks and would rather not have to pay for shipping.


I can't get the DVI port to pick up a digital signal from my HTPC. Using VGA works fine with a VGA to DVI atp. but DVI to DVI does not work. I've tried three different DVI video cards and none of them work. In addition, my computer won't see the device which is strange. However, I have an HD Tivo and I used HDMI to DVI with that device which does work. Anybody know why I'm having issues with this?
