Harma kardon avr 255 hall- theater mode problem

please help me ı cant open the hall1-2 theater and dsp surround off mode on avr 255.when ı use avr155 there is no problem but on avr 255 ı cant show this modes in the menu avr 155 menu is simple but avr 255 not good..whaT can ı do?
