They both are based on the 700 and control only 5 devices compared to the 700's 6 device limit. The 650 will be $99 and the 600 will be $79 and available at the end of March. The $20 buys you a color screen and favorites icons.

Basically, the 700 adds a 6th device that can be controlled, backlighting, and rechargeability (with a battery status indicator), while the 650 uses Advanced 2.4 GHz Wireless technology.

I really doubt that the 650 uses "Advanced 2.4 GHz Wireless technology". That has to be an error in the comparison chart. That would mean it is a RF remote.
