I hope someone can help. I am trying to program a Harmony 670 with a Toshiba 42HDF52 plasma TV. No matter which options I choose in the wizard, whether right or wrong. the TV does not switch inputs correctly. On or off, it never goes to the input it should when I press an activity button. I'm just wondering if someone with this TV has had an issue or if there is something I am possibly overlooking. I have set multiple Harmonys up before without any problems. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

First question, do you have discretes for all the inputs available in DEVICE mode, and do they all work properly?

Yes the discretes work fine in device mode. I am only having issues in activity mode. That is what is puzzling. Any ideas?

Have you gone through the "Adjust Inputs" setup and made sure the assigned codes for each input are the same as the working ones you found in device mode?


If you have, the only other thing I could suggest is to manually add the Input commands to the activity start sequences(re-run the activity setup wizard and select "Yes, but I want to add more control").


One other thing...try deleting the TV device and re-adding it...the profile might be hosed from tweaking and need a reset.


Failing that, call tech support.

I have not tried the I want to add more control option. I will pursue that. Then like you mentioned, I will call tech support if that doesn't work. Thanks so much for your help.
