I have the Harmony 680 (though only since yesterday) and a Samsung HLP5063. The codes I selected for the Samsung tv contained the P.Size button you should be familiar with on your Samsung remote. Easy as hitting the button.

Harmony 680 & Sumsung DLP picture size
Can anyone who's using the Harmony 680 with a Samsung DLP 63 series tell me how the remote works with picture sizing? Can the remote easily change aspect ratios or does it take a series of steps to accomplish each time?
I have a 6163 and a Denon DVD3910 and am often switching between 4:3 and 16:9 expand on my Samsung remote.
Everything I've read about the 680 looks great but I haven't seen anything on its ability to change picture size.
