Retrain the 880 with the command from the projectors remote. maybe it got a weak recording thats causing the problem.. doubtful but its worth a 10 second shot.

Harmony 880 & Projector Power On/Off??
I have a new 880 and it works well with one exception - I have to stand within 6 feet of my IR repeater for my Sharp Projector to accept the 'Power On' or 'Power Off (x2)' commands. With the projector remote, I can stand as far back at 24' (back of my home theater). All other device On/Off commands work well. I can see from the repeater that it is receiving the 'On' signal. Any ideas on how to fix this?
