Perhaps I just happened to get a bum unit, but after an hour or so of setting up my 890 last night, I was disappointed to discover that the RF function would not work from my seat in my theater unless I point the remote towards the back of the room. My equipment closet is no more than 5 feet behind me with a simple non-insulated wall and standard closet door separating us. I have yet to contact Logitech customer support as my problem wasn't discovered during their hours of operation. Is there a setting somewhere I'm missing?

I have set up several Harmonys in the past, this however is my first RF unit.

I've occasionally had my 890 consistently miss keystrokes until I rotated it slightly. But that is very rare. (Also, my wireless 2GHz/800MHz phone wipes out the connection.)

You might try rotating the receiver unit slightly in a few trials. Perhaps a null is pointed your way.

Our baby monitor has a A/B setting on it. Logitech support told me that one

of the channels does not interfere but he was not sure which one. Anyone know

which one? Or other solutions to minimize interference with a baby monitor?

thanks!
