BTW, when you check out the price is lowered to £19.91 ($25.00) for some reason. The toal with Airmail Shipping is £22.99 ($29.75).

Um, I don't know where you got you exchange rates from, but they're way, way, off. £22.99 is $44.82 at today's exchange rates.
I just check at 2 different exchange rate websites and they both said $29.71 US.

Brian
1 British pounds = 1.9496 U.S. dollars

So £22.99 = $44.82. Thanks for getting my hopes up.

Go here: http://www.ratesfx.com/rates/rate-converter.html

Put in 22.99 Euro and see what it comes up in US dollars. Unless I am doing something wrong it comes up 29.74 US.

I bought something in Euro using Paypal for 8.58 and was charged $11.57 US.

Brian
Oops, you guys are right
I just check my credit card bill and was indeed charged $40+. Sorry about that.

I think you selected Euro to US dollar. Easy mistake to make, but at least you're getting a great title.
^^ Yep, Euros () and Pounds (£) are completely different.
Oh well. It would have probably been better for me to wait for the US release anyways.
I have come close to ordering this a few times, but I'm just not going to pay over $40 for a title I already own on DVD, which will be coming out on HD DVD later this year. I just know that as soon as I get the UK version, the following week Warner will announce the HD DVD Harry Potter films available only in a boxed set like Mission: Impossible, and I will end up buying it twice.
I got mine back in November and it was around $38 I think. Well worth it but it is expensive.
Why don't you order at play.com? It's there 27 Euros, which comes to $35 USD.

two completely different currencies with different names, it's like getting Mexico mixed up with the USA
This disk is worth $40 IMO. There is more demo disk material than any other HD-DVD I've seen. The True HD soundtrack is also demo quality.

Buy now ... you won't regret it.
Yep, I to have almost ordered HP but my las 3 of 5 pal movies cam out in region 1 within 3 months so I'm think the same will happen this time.

Although if HP is total HD over here ill import it anyway. Unless of course we get a much better transfer....

But when I order from amazon UK I always figure just double the amount to get the US price. On lower prices I'm very close..

Play won't ship outside Europe.
HMV UK seem to ship outside of the UK and have Goblet of Fire for £15.99
Or you could just order from http://xploitedcinema.com/ and let Tony do the importing for you.
