Hey all,

I have a small dent on the driver(from my kid) on my Klipsch THX Ultra2 Sub. I'm the second owner and I've had it for a while so warranty isn't an option but I'm hoping I can just buy a new driver? Has anyone ever done anything like this and contacted Klipsch themselves?

I have a RSW-12, Amp needs repair. I’ve sent an email to Klipsch parts/service inquiring about the cost to get it serviced, but it’s been about 2 weeks and I haven’t heard back from them as of yet.

I know, it’s very unfortunate. But it wouldn’t hurt to give it a try. Maybe you’ll have better luck than me. However, Continue to hunt for replacement parts online/forums in a meantime!

I need a new woofer for a RF-5 several years ago. Klipsch got the part out to me next day and the cost was very reasonable as I recall, but I can’t recall how much it was.

Honestly I can't tell if it makes a difference audibly. It just makes me cringe. I'm going to try a few things like putting tape over it and gently pulling it or heating it up slowly with a hair dryer on low to slowly expand the material and it could pop back out. It's not huge but it makes me sad, haha. If the price is not ridiculous I would just get another driver and pop it in there.

I get that. I replaced mine more because of looks than Performance. I used the grill cloth until I replaced it because it drove me to drink, the only good thing about it.
