Has Compusa Abandoned the ATI HDTV wonder?
On the back of the compusa advertisement flyer that you get in your Sunday paper, Compusa was advertising the ATI HDTV wonder for $150 after rebate. The only problem was they didn’t actually tell you what the product was. They listed $200 – a $50 rebate and they showed a very small picture of the Box but they didn’t not label it at all. It never said anything about what the product was. You couldn’t even read the name on the box. I knew what it was because I recognized the box but otherwise I would have had no clue what they were selling. Is this an indication that Compusa does not want to advertise what this item claims to do. Plus a $50 rebate 3 months after the product first appeared is pretty big. Does this mean that compusa has gotten too many returns and they are bailing on it? Best Buy has never even picked up the product have they? I have one and I love it but I know that a lot of people say it doesn’t work for them.
