I'm not sure but you can check Logitech's website and see if their software supports it. I would think that there wouldn't be a problem as long as Windows recognizes the IR. I had that problem with a Creative X-FI card with the bay (had the IR in the bay), so to fix it I went with an ATI 5850
and a cheap WMC remote with USB IR from newegg.com. Ditched the X-FI card and using the HDMI bitstream now. The WMC remote/USB IR I'm using was only $20 and works like a charm, if you want to do a trial and error.
