Have monster main rig but HTPC on the slow side for gaming?

This site let's you load up and run a game on your main PC and stream it over to another PC. Here's a video of it in action running Crysis on an EEE PC laptop.


I haven't tried this out myself yet but it looks really neat. It will even stream to a PS3 running Linux.

Yeah, there has to be some, but assuming they've minimized the overhead in sending the video to the client it shouldn't be much more than playing a LAN game. I haven't had time to try it but I thought this was the coolest thing when I saw it. :shrug:

Its probably not gonna work for Quake 3 DM or level 70 WoW raids but for pretty much every singleplayer game it should work fine.
